The meeting of the Council of Ministers held Monday has constituted a five-member committee under the convenorship of former justice of Supreme Court Govind Parajuli to probe into the murder of Chairman of the Space-Time Network Pvt. Ltd. Jamim Shah.
After the meeting, Minister for Information and Communications and Spokesman of the Government of Nepal Shankar Pokhrel said decision was also made to give consent to sign an agreement for establishment of a polytechnic in Hetauda by the Indian government.
The meeting also permitted the Ministry of Finance to sign agreement for cooperation from India for the extension of railway transport and operation from India in five points of Nepal including Jayanagar- Bijalpura (Bardibas), Jogbani – Biratnagar, Nautanawa -Bhairahawa, and Nepalgunj Road to Nepalgunj.
Similarly, it also decided to permit for signing agreement on Nepal-India air services, said Minister Pokhrel.
